About Jorien

Nutritional Therapist (Dipl.), MSc Public Health, BSc Health Sciences.

My passion started with my academic study of Health Sciences (BSc) and Public Health (MSc), but it was sharpened by a profound personal loss in 2014. That experience taught me the critical importance of good education and taking responsibility for our own wellbeing. I realised I needed to help people on a deeper, individual level.

 

Today, I combine academic rigour with deep empathy, specializing in holistic and trauma-informed nutritional support for neurodiverse families and women's metabolic health. My mission is to help you move past surviving to thriving, embracing true behaviour change that allows nutrition to serve as the fundamental basis for your best health.
